Lilo & Stitch

Once upon a time, NYC had a sixth borough. But at the beginning, there were only 5

boroughs. The story started in a beautiful kingdom around the East River. There were 5 kings,

very different but all shared a passion : fishing. Sometimes they played a game “Who will

fish the biggest fish?” and together, they laughed a lot. The first king, named Manhattan was

the nicest and the naivest king. The second, named Jersey was the oldest, but he was wise

and benevolent. The third, named Bronx was a big man, he loved eating very much. That was the

reason why he loved to fish. The fourth, was Brooklyn. He was the ugliest king, but he was loyal. The last was Queens, a bad man because of his pretension, he wasn’t very friendly. Each borough

had the name of a king.

One day, when the sun just woke up, on Tuesday the 11th of November, 2000, the 5 kings

decided to go fishing because of this beautiful sunrise. But they were so tired, and arrived at

the river, they installed the fishing’s material and fell asleep on the floor. Finally the weather

wasn’t as good as they thought. The wind blowed on the river and the fishing’s rods flew

everywhere. During this time, a siren carried by the wind arrived on the cost. She was

beautiful with blue eyes and blond hair. Her cries woke up the kings and they realized what

was happening to them. The problem was all the kings wanted to got the siren but they didn’t

know who fished her. Queens was very wicked with the others and more with Brooklyn : he

said he was too ugly to get a siren. Manhattan as usual, agreed with everything the people said.

Jersey had an idea, he requested some boards to NYC’s animals because the animals

were very intelligent in the kingdom. A bird named Island and a dog named Staten arrived.

After having talked very seriously around a table, they said : “The siren can’t live on the continent,

she had to come back in the ocean.” And the kings, very sad, still agreed. The very kind

Jersey said he thought the animals desrved a part of the kingdom because of their help and

their patient. The 5 kings bought some grounds on the south because of the good weather,

and they built a castle, they planted a lot of trees for the animals. The family of Staten and

the father of Island came to live in the castle with them.

There has never been any dispute between them after this event.
